Dan Gosselin is a theatre professional who has worked in numerous roles in the industry, alongside working in the transport and education sectors. Dan has built a strong understanding of managing change across organisations and supporting the delivery of pioneering new programmes and strategy development, delivering the award-winning London RoadLab for Transport for London. He uses this broad experience to support the delivery of new development programmes, partnerships, and strategies to support eStage's role in the wider industry.

As a production manager Dan prides himself on his dedication to his clients and to achieving the best possible outcomes. Dan has worked as production manager for numerous companies in venues across the UK including Tara Finney Productions, the Yard Theatre, Park Theatre Productions, tiata fahodzi, Tuckship, Pint of Wine Theatre, Magnificent Bastard, and VanThanh Productions.

Dan has also worked on numerous fringe festivals, including Deputy Head of Lighting for The Warren at the Brighton fringe festival, and numerous venues and productions at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

In 2019 Dan joined eStage as Development Director with the goal of supporting the business in the delivery of new ideas and programmes to expand its place in the industry, and immediately began working with the team on the production manager development programme. Since then he has played a role in shaping business strategy for the team and continues to work on programmes to make the industry more inclusive, diverse, and fair. Since 2021 Dan has taken on less production management work to focus on this area whilst working in education.

Dan graduated from Durham University with a Masters in Engineering in 2015, and completed a PGCE at Kings College London in 2021.
