Case Studies

Arcola Theatre

We have been working with the Arcola Theatre for over six years providing production services for a number of their productions. As of 2020 we have agreed to provide production management services for all in house productions at the Arcola. This takes the stress of finding production managers, organising set builds, finding crew, and managing logistics off their hands. It also means that we can coordinate between productions more effectively to save money, and to make sure things run smoothly.

Tuckshop UK

We began working with Tuckshop Productions, one of the UKs leading drag agencies, to provide crew and support for the first ever West End drag Panto, Cinderella, at the Trafalgar Studios. Since then we have been the primary point of contact for all their production queries, providing analysis of touring venues and plans to identify the requirements, as well as supporting discussions with new venues on larger scale productions.

Papatango

We have been working with Papatango to provide production management for their “Prize Winner” productions for the past six years. Supplying multiple production managers over the years we have worked with Papatango on productions at Southwark Playhouse, Arcola Theatre, Trafalgar Studios and The Bush Theatre. We have also managed two UK tours for them and co-productions with “English Touring Theatre” and “James Quaife Productions”.

Troupe

We have worked closely with Troupe and their producer Ashley Cook to support their creative team on their past three productions at Southwark Playhouse, Trafalgar studios and the transfer of their latest production “The Sweet Science of Bruising” to Wiltons. Working closely with this independent producer to ensure the productions stick to tight budgets and restrictive schedules. As part of our productive collaborative working relationship, our digital team has also worked with Troupe to create their website and online email marketing campaigns.
