Step 1

Make sure your invoice includes the following:-

  • Your Full Name
  • Your Home/Business Address
  • Your (Unique) Invoice Number
  • The Dates/Hours Worked
  • The Project/Venue worked
  • Your Bank Details

Step 2

Make sure your invoice is addressed/made to:-

Step 3

Submit your invoice for payment using the form below.
